Welcome to V S I D PRIVATE LIMITED (TOOME). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and all services provided through it, including the purchase, management, and sharing of discount vouchers. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the App
You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal parental or guardian consent, to use this App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and all activities carried out through your account will be considered authorized by you.
Purchase of Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers may be purchased using the payment methods supported within the App. Once a voucher is successfully purchased, it will be delivered digitally and stored in your TOOME Vault. All prices displayed in the App include applicable taxes.
Voucher Redemption
Vouchers are redeemable only at participating restaurants and partners listed within the App. Each voucher includes specific terms such as validity period, eligible items, usage rules, and other limitations. These details should be reviewed before making a purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be reloaded or reused once redeemed.
Refunds and Cancellations
All voucher purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If an accidental purchase or technical issue occurs, you may contact TOOME Support within 24 hours for review. TOOME is not responsible for failed transactions caused by network issues, device errors, or incorrect information entered by the user.
Expiry and Limitations
Each voucher includes an expiry date that is clearly mentioned in its details. Once a voucher expires, it cannot be extended, replaced, or refunded. Lost, deleted, or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued. TOOME is not responsible for the unavailability or operational decisions of partnered restaurants.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Misuse, manipulation, or unauthorized resale of vouchers may result in suspension of your account or legal action. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality, security, or data systems.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
TOOME reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
