TOOME provides digital discount vouchers that are delivered instantly to your account once a purchase is completed. Since these vouchers are intangible and instantly accessible, all voucher purchases made through the TOOME app are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Once a voucher is generated and added to your TOOME Vault, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged for cash. We strongly advise users to review voucher details, validity, and partner restaurant terms before completing a purchase.
In the case of accidental duplicate purchases, technical errors, failed payments, or incorrect voucher delivery, you must contact TOOME Support within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action based on the circumstances. TOOME is not responsible for issues arising from user mistakes such as selecting the wrong restaurant, item, or voucher.
Expired, deleted, or used vouchers cannot be refunded or reissued under any circumstances. TOOME also does not provide refunds for partner restaurant decisions such as temporary closure, menu changes, or service unavailability.
