All gift voucher purchases made through the Toome platform are final and non-refundable once the voucher has been successfully delivered to the recipient. Since gift vouchers are issued instantly and hold immediate redemption value, we are unable to process cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after delivery.

In cases where a voucher is not delivered due to a technical issue or incorrect contact details provided by the customer, our support team will assist in revalidating or reissuing the voucher wherever possible. However, monetary refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

If you experience any issues with voucher redemption at a partner restaurant or club, please contact Toome Support, and we will coordinate with the respective partner to resolve the matter promptly.
